• 2012-2013 Member Enrollment Form (PDF, 4 pages, 474 KB)

In order to show at the 2013 Columbia County Fair, Member Enrollment must be:

      1.  (Hand-Delivered) received by the UW-Extension on or before Monday, December 31, 2012 by 4:30 pm.

      2.  (Mailed) postmarked on or before December 31, 2012.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE! 
(We will accept 4-H enrollment forms at any time during the year.  These rules only apply if you want to show at the 2013 Columbia County Fair under your 4-H project.)

If you are a new 4-H Leader in Columbia County, you must complete a mandatory youth protection/volunteer orientation prior to becoming a certified 4-H Leader.  This process does include a background check.  If you have any questions, please contact the UW-Extension office 4-H staff.
